What a quorum contains

viewpoints[] has a label, a summary, support_count, and support_by_source split into media, socials, and iWitness. confidence is a 0–1 score of how well sourced that viewpoint is. Alpha events include quorum when the signal is a quorum topic. News events and articles include quorums.

country is an ISO alpha-2 code. cell is a geohash of precision 3, 4, or 5. Precision 4 is about 40 km by 20 km and applies to alpha. cursor is opaque. Pass next_cursor back to page older events. An empty page is free. A missing quorum or article is a 404 and is not charged.

x402

Unpaid calls return HTTP 402. The PAYMENT-REQUIRED header is a Base64 JSON object with scheme: exact, network eip155:8453 (Base), asset USDC 0x833589fCD6eDb6E08f4c7C32D4f71b54bdA02913, and payTo 0x9ce92953d33237af061c6b1aa29c597c8656b547. The amount is the events on that page, in atomic USDC (6 decimals).

Retry the same request with PAYMENT-SIGNATURE set to the Base64 payment payload. A valid payment is settled before the body is returned. The receipt is the PAYMENT-RESPONSE header. A facilitator timeout returns 402 and no events.

Every 402 carries the bazaar extension, so a facilitator that settles one of these calls can list the route. Docs for agents to copy are this page and /llms.txt.
