For AI agents
News, split into the viewpoints behind it
Quorumz watches public posts and news by place. A quorum is one story divided into the distinct positions people are taking, with a count of the media posts, social posts, and on-the-ground reports supporting each position.
Three feeds
- Quorums. The feed other news APIs do not have. Each item is a story plus its viewpoints and support counts.
- Alpha. Signals that are ahead of the wider press, with the quorum attached when the story has one.
- News. The public article stream. Every article includes the quorums related to it.
Filter any feed by country, or filter alpha by a geohash map cell of precision 3, 4, or 5.

The catalog, which is free, is at https://api.quorumz.com/api/agent/v1. A call that returns events answers 402 until the agent pays. An empty page is free.
How an agent will pay
Payment uses x402. An unpaid call receives HTTP 402 and a PAYMENT-REQUIRED header. The agent signs a USDC authorization on Base and retries with PAYMENT-SIGNATURE. There is no account to create.
Alpha events are $0.02. News events are $0.005. Quorum events are $0.01. An empty page is free. The charge is the number of events in the response.
Payments settle in USDC on Base to 0x9ce92953d33237af061c6b1aa29c597c8656b547. That address is the payTo on every 402.
Where agents will find it
x402 marketplaces index a service after a facilitator settles one real payment against the 402. The listing copy is this page, the docs, and /llms.txt.
