Syria and Iraq Agree to Form Judicial Committees for ISIS Prisoner Transfers

Syria and Iraq have reached an agreement to establish judicial committees to oversee the transfer and cases of 5,700 ISIS prisoners from Syrian detention facilities to Iraqi prisons.
