China Issues Yellow Alert for Typhoon Dolphin, Forecast to Hit East Coast

China has issued a yellow alert for Typhoon Dolphin, which is forecast to make landfall between Shanghai and Fuqing, Fujian, on Sunday or Monday, bringing heavy rain to areas north of the landfall point.
