Transgender Hamilton mayoral candidate blames cisgender men for violence

A transgender Canadian man running for Mayor of Hamilton, Scarlett Gillespie, states that transgender people are not mentally ill and attributes the majority of assaults and mass shootings to 'cisgender white men'.
