Gansu Vice Governor Cheng Xiaobo Surrenders in Corruption Probe

Cheng Xiaobo, a Vice Governor of Gansu Province, has voluntarily surrendered to authorities for alleged severe disciplinary violations, becoming the first 'post-70s' provincial-level official to do so this year.
