Russian Government Plans Real-Time Tracking of Citizens' Travel Data

The Russian Ministry of Transport is reportedly proposing a system to collect real-time travel data from carriers and ticket services, including IP addresses, card details, and movement information, to be stored for seven years and accessible by the Interior Ministry, FSB, and Ministry of Transport.
