Serbia considers altering Ibar River flow due to Kosovo tensions

Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić is considering altering the course of the Ibar River within Serbian territory in response to alleged Albanian terror against Serbs in Kosovo, which would impact the Gazivode hydropower plant.
