Moscow Resident Released After Shooting Attacker Near Church

A Moscow resident who shot an attacker near a church was released without charges after an investigation confirmed the use of a legally owned weapon for self-defense, as the attacker, diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia, had assaulted a paramedic.
