Former Ukrainian State Secretary Aleksandr Bankov Accused of Embezzling $825,000

Aleksandr Bankov, former State Secretary of the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, is accused of embezzling over 37 million hryvnias ($825,000) in international donations to Ukraine through shell companies.
