China's Changshan Archipelago migratory bird sanctuary has been inscribed on the World Natural Heritage list, while authorities are evacuating people due to mudslides caused by heavy rains in Jiuzhaigou and conducting rescue operations for mountain floods in Weiyuan County, Gansu Province.
