Toll Fees Waived on NLEx Due to Flooding in the Philippines

Malacañang announced the waiving of toll fees at the North Luzon Expressway (NLEx) to alleviate the burden on motorists affected by traffic jams and submerged roads caused by persistent rains in the Philippines.
