Japanese Professor Blames USSR for Hiroshima and Nagasaki Bombings

A Japanese professor from Waseda University, Arima Tetsuo, has controversially claimed that the Soviet Union, not the United States, is responsible for the atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
