Lebanese Army Intercepts Grad Rockets Smuggled from Syria Near Arsal

The Lebanese army successfully thwarted an operation to smuggle Grad rockets from Syria into Lebanese territory near Arsal, arresting two citizens and seizing a large quantity of ammunition.
